We collect information directly from you when you submit our quote form, call or text us, communicate with us on social media, or otherwise contact CLEANR Living.

How we use information

We use customer information to prepare quotes, respond to questions, schedule and confirm appointments, provide service-related updates, perform requested cleaning services, provide customer support, maintain ordinary business records, protect our business and customers, and comply with applicable law.

Data Sharing

Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We do not transfer or share consumer data with any external organizations except contracted processors strictly necessary to deliver our services, and never for their own purposes. We do not transfer consumer data to third parties under any circumstances outside these limited processor relationships.

Text-message choices

If you choose Text as your preferred contact method and actively consent to informational SMS, CLEANR Living may send messages related to your quote request, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and customer support. Marketing and promotional text messages require separate optional consent. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 929-556-2444.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or loss. We limit access to personal information to those who reasonably need it for legitimate business purposes.

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, ordinary business records, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

CLEANR Living Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, any promotion of your products/services.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello.cleanrliving@gmail.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Photos and information you provide

If you upload or send photos or service details, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content to us and authorize CLEANR Living to use it only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, schedule, or perform your requested service, unless you separately give permission for another use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If a customer cancels after our team has arrived at the service location, a $99 cancellation fee applies.

Service Results & Satisfaction

CLEANR Living does not guarantee complete stain, odor, discoloration, wear, damage, or condition removal. Results vary depending on factors including the age and condition of the item, normal wear and tear, prior use, fabric or material type, previous treatments, staining, and other circumstances beyond our control. We will use reasonable care and professional cleaning methods and make our best effort to achieve the best practical result for the item, but specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
